Placed an order over a month before Christmas. The four items were in stock according to their site. Contacted Fat Brains 4 times and was assured the items would be in on their truck in a couple of days and shipped. By the fifth contact with them, three days before Christmas, I am finally told that these are only estimates when an item will be available to ship.

Never have I ever had worst customer service. The way they handled my return was not how they portray to be, then gave me gift certificate, less shipping, back to the company, after prices were high, instead of giving me my money back. Never will I shop here again

I have purchased many items from Fat Brain Toys for my grandchildren and for some friends. Each item was processed and delivered (correctly, each time) in remarkably quick time. In most cases my order was on its way the same day I placed it (even custom name items - all correct as well). Each age-appropriate item I have purchased has been terrific. I wish every company was as efficient and talented as these folks are. This is a great company to order from; you won; t be disappointed.
